Beaconfire Inc. successfully designed and deployed an end-to-end AI-powered diagnostic platform for a regional hospital network, transforming their imaging and decision-making workflows. The initiative aimed to reduce diagnostic errors, accelerate radiology workflows, and provide real-time clinical support to physicians.

At the core of the solution, there was a deep learning model trained on thousands of anonymized medical images—including MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays—capable of identifying conditions such as pulmonary nodules, fractures, and brain anomalies with high precision. The AI platform was seamlessly integrated into the hospital’s existing PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) environments, enabling radiologists to receive automated, explainable insights at the point of diagnosis.

In parallel, Beaconfire built a clinical decision support (CDS) dashboard that synthesized structured and unstructured patient data—including imaging results, lab reports, and clinical notes—to suggest personalized treatment pathways. This helped reduce variability in care and significantly improved response time in critical cases.
